Technical features:

1. Maize bran, maize germ, maize grits, maize flour, and maize oil

Adopt advanced processing technology of peeling, degerminating, grits making and flour milling. Co-production is allowed for 2-3 kinds of maize grits of different grit size, and 2-3 kinds of maize flour. The extracted high-purity maize germ can be used for processing maize oil.

2. Good taste and high extraction rate

The maize flour and maize grits that produced by our equipment has lower fat content, lower bran content, and also has good taste, rich nutrition, bright color, long storage period, good quality and high extraction rate.

3. The complete set equipment includes the following parts:

1) Raw grain cleaning (sieving, air separation, destoning)

2) Crushing and Embryo selecting ( peeling crushing, classifying, embryo selecting)

3) Grits making and flour milling (grits making, flour milling, embryo purifying).  For the milling part, the Co-production is allowed for maize grits maize flour. It is easy to adjust.
